Olivier Laganière

Olivier Laganière

As a Managing Director at Northleaf Capital Partners, Olivier participates in all aspects of infrastructure investment activities, with a primary focus on transaction origination, market research, due diligence, execution and asset management. Olivier acts as the Asset Manager for a number of Northleaf’s infrastructure investments and serves as a director on several asset-level boards.

Prior to joining Northleaf in 2012, Olivier was an investment banker in the Infrastructure Finance group at RBC Capital Markets, where he was primarily involved in performing due diligence and developing financial structures for bond-financed infrastructure transactions. Previously, Olivier worked at the Macquarie Group, where he performed financial advisory work on numerous infrastructure transactions, including the development of financial models in support of equity bids for public-private partnerships and concession assets.

Olivier received a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) from McGill University.

Travis Isbister

Travis Isbister

Travis is a Vice President at Northleaf Capital Partners. He participates in due diligence, execution and asset management for Northleaf’s infrastructure investments.

Prior to joining Northleaf in 2016, Travis was a senior associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Infrastructure Project Finance group, where he was responsible for infrastructure advisory and financial analysis for a number of client engagements. Previously, he was a senior associate in the Audit and Assurance group of PricewaterhouseCoopers.

Travis received his Bachelor of Business Administration (with Distinction) from the Schulich School of Business, York University.  He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst and the Chartered Professional Accountant designations.

Paul J. Bradley

Paul J. Bradley

Paul is an Operating Partner with Northleaf Capital, advising on renewable energy transactions. He has over 35 years’ experience as a finance professional, concentrating in the renewable energy, power and utilities, and infrastructure sectors.  He has worked in these sectors as a corporate officer, investment banker, investor, advisor and public sector procurement officer in Canada, the USA and Asia.

Paul has also served on the boards of directors of several renewable energy and clean technology companies, and currently serves on the advisory board for Origin Merchant Partners. Prior to joining Northleaf Capital, Paul was the Chief Financial Officer for Northland Power Inc.

Paul is a graduate of Boston College, a CPA (inactive) and certified as a board director by the Canadian Institute of Corporate Directors.

Daniel Foley

Daniel Foley

Daniel has over 30 years of energy sector experience in developing, building, owning and operating traditional and renewable energy projects throughout North America. From August 2013 to April 2020, he served as the founder and Chief Executive Officer of GlidePath Power Solutions LLP, a leading independent developer and owner of advanced energy systems, with a portfolio of 445 megawatts of battery storage and renewable energy projects and 3 gigawatts of battery storage projects in development. Prior to founding GlidePath Power, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Acciona Energy North America Corp., one of the world’s leading renewable energy companies, from October 2010 to August 2012. He also worked in power marketing at Invenergy LLC, in risk management consultation with utilities and at Deloitte LLP, and served as a transmission and generation operator and engineer for Commonwealth Edison Co. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering computer concentration from University of Notre Dame, a Master of Engineering degree from State University of New York, Buffalo and an MBA from University of Chicago.

Pete Harsy

Peter Harsy

Peter was appointed Chief Executive Officer and a Board Manager upon the formation of Madison Street Renewables (MSR) by Northleaf Capital in 2022. MSR was initially established through the acquisition of a company founded by Peter in 2020 that focused on sourcing and acquiring renewable energy land lease payment streams.

Peter has worked in the energy industry for over 13 years, a large portion of that time spent as the General Counsel and Board Secretary of Lincoln Clean Energy (now known as Ørsted Onshore North America), where he helped grow the company from its initial startup phase to become one of the largest and most active developers and owners of utility scale wind projects in the United States.

Peter started his career working on commercial real estate development, acquisitions and financings while serving as in-house counsel at one of the nation’s largest real estate investment trusts. Peter received his bachelor’s degree from the University of San Diego and his juris doctorate from DePaul University College of Law.
