Chicago, IL – November 1, 2024 – Madison Street Energy (MSE), a leading renewable energy lease acquisition and monetization company, has successfully finalized another renewable lease buyout with the recent closing of a multi-turbine wind lease acquisition related to a repowered wind project in North Texas. The long standing wind farm is owned and operated by a U.S. based energy company that is one of the world’s largest owners of renewable energy projects.
