The RE+ Conference in Anaheim was a great experience for our team. It was obvious to us (as previous attendees over the years) that this event has expanded by leaps and bounds, many more exhibitors and speakers and many more attendees. This event’s growth aptly reflects the burgeoning renewable energy industry.
We were privileged to meet with an unexpectedly large number of solar and energy storage project developers over the course of the conference to discuss our ground lease and project land sale-leaseback programs. We examined how MSE can work with developers to reduce the project budgets by acquiring target sites on their behalf so their projects can enter long-term ground leases allowing them to commence construction. We are thrilled to have submitted proposals and to be finalizing transaction terms for numerous industry contacts we spoke with in Anaheim.
